Dharan School of Nursing is one of the educational divisions of Dharan Educational Charitable Trust. Dharan School of Nursing has a primary vision of conducting wide range of exclusive health care nursing oriented programs. These programs are approved by Department of Public Health, Government of Tamil Nadu, as well as to affiliate with Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.

Dharan School of Nursing is exclusively focused in educating and guiding the next generation young feminine into qualified nursing professionals, based on the prevailing and growing need of medical assisting professionals, which is practically evidence over a decade in our flag ship health care division 'Dharan Hospital'.

In the current academics (2018-2019), Dharan School of Nursing is enrolled with; Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery [ANM] program. ANM is a two year regular under graduate certificate level course in medical nursing. Minimum eligibility for ANM Course is GIRLS, who completed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in any discipline.

ANM program revolves with field of medicine and its related components. ANM program provides on field practical exposure to medical care needs to individuals, families and even to a section of community, in terms of care and heal their medical ailments and pains during life time medical complications and critical situations. This program helps to fulfill and maintain optimal health and quality life throughout the journey of human life.

ANM professionals are very much in demand in Government and Private Health Care Units. According to the need and the role in each Health Care units their designation varies. It ranges from assigning as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Legal Nurse Consultant, Travelling Nurse, Nursing Representative, Assistant Nurse Emergency Room, Midwife Nurse, etc.,
